To Clare and family, I knew Jack well through Jim from Solihull School days. Jack was unfailingly good-humoured and witty, as well as being kind and considerate. I was delighted to bump into Jack again in 2002 when I started work at ING and find he was working in the same building. Definitely one of life\\'s good guys and someone it was good to have known. With condolences and best regards, Phil Pinto
