To Clare and family, I knew Jack well through Jim from Solihull School days. Jack was unfailingly good-humoured and witty, as well as being kind and considerate. I was delighted to bump into Jack again in 2002 when I started work at ING and find he was working in the same building. Definitely one of life\\'s good guys and someone it was good to have known.
